We report here the complete genome sequence of Mesorhizobium sophorae ICMP 19535T. This strain was isolated from Sophora microphylla root nodules and can nodulate and fix nitrogen with this host and also with Sophora prostrata, Sophora longicarinata, and Clianthus puniceus.
