The aim is to explain the effect of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on consumption intention towards insect-based products. Since insect-based products are a novel food, and thus it is unfamiliar, relatively as compared to conventional food, food neophobia will be incorporated into the model to assess its moderation effect
