This study was conducted to determine the relationship between work-life balance with affective commitment to 65 of female lecturers at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The data were collected using a work-life balance measurement scale consisting of 28 items and an affective commitment scale consisting of 37 items. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between worklife balance and affective commitment. The result of analysis obtained coefficient of R = 0,844 with value p = 0,000 (p 0,05).
