thunder"Like a pig before thunder" _Folk language_ This was a saying used in Cape La Hune(community no longer in existence) I can resemble my mother saying it to us when we were children. If we did something in a hurried, careless way, she would would use the expression. For instance if my sister was forced to do the dishes and in her haste to get them done she broke a dish my mother would usually grumble at her in a critical manner telling her that she was like a pig before thunder.
