God walkers

godSaboos, oglibogs, cluncks, God walkers are terms used to describe a pair of boots (shoes, rubbers, sneakers, etc.) which look rather odd on the person's feet, usually by being too big for him. Sometimes, as a boy, I used to enjoy scuffing my father's boots around the house.
