The paper describes a multiple runs natural gas metering system, managed by a central digital computer and equipped with turbine meter(s), compressibility factor measurement device(s) and chromatographs. It presents, more particularly, a method for predicting the value of a natural gas compressibility factor under a given pressure and at a given temperature, on the basis of a single measurement of this factor in different thermodynamic conditions.
