E-discovery: A Review of Challenges and Best Practices for Insourcing

Companies often struggle with e-discovery challenges whether it is outsourced from an external service provider or done in-house. The biggest challenge companies face while outsourcing e- discovery is the high costs of using outside counsel and vendors.
