High Art (Concerto for Trumpet and Large Orchestra)

Extent : 20 minutes Concerto for solo trumpet and large symphony orchestra. This work was commissioned by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, with commission funding provided by an anonymous consortium of private sponsors. High Art was premiered 11th September 2003 at the Sydney Opera House with James Morrison as soloist accompanied by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra conducted by Michael Christie.
