The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the first-passage time (FPT) of a non-markovian walker over a target. The first part is devoted to the computation of the mean first-passage time (MFPT) for different non-markovien confined processes, for which hidden variables are explicitly known. Our methodology, which adapts an existing formalism, relies on the determination of the distribution of the hidden variables at the instant of FPT. Then, we extend these ideas to the case of general non-markovian confined processes, without introducing the -often unkown- hidden variables.
