Comparison of social policy in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic from the point of view of social security

The thesis deals with the issue of social security system in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, their description, comparison, analysis and evaluation of both systems. It defines basic terms, describes history of the social security system in former federal state and compares particular factors which affects this system. The thesis characterizes in detail the components of the social security system - social insurance, social support and social assistance, what do they contain, which benefits are paid within the systems, what are the claim conditions of particular social benefits and which institutions administrate the particular systems. This thesis contains only theoretical part which I wrote using professional literature, legal regulations and other documents of both states
