Motivation and Remuneration of Employees of the Specific Company

Motivation and remuneration of employees is a great topic among companies of all sizes these days. Therefore, this Bachelor's thesis deals particularly with employee motivation and remuneration. The first part of Bachelor's thesis includes theoretical information from literature associated with this issue. The second, practical part is devoted to the company Stavebniny DEK s.r.o. The practical part further describes current motivation and remuneration system of the company and is focused on the employees. Research among Stavebniny DEK s.r.o. employees was carried out to find out the level of their satisfaction with salaries, motivation and other benefits. The last part of this work brings proposal of a new motivation scheme which should encourage employees to achieve higher productivity and could contribute to higher satisfaction of both, employees and employer, in the future
