Abstract Objectives: to determine the prevalence and factors associated with the rapid repeat pregnancy (RRP) in pregnant adolescents. Methods: a cross-sectional study was carried out with pregnant adolescents assisted at the Family Health Strategies in Caruaru-PE from March to August 2013. A questionnaire with sociodemographic, economic, schooling, gynecological, obstetric and contraceptive characteristics was used. The data were analyzed in the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), version 20. Binary logistic regression models were used.
