Composition for Taonga Puoro and Electronics by Jeremy Mayall and Horomona Horo. Commissioned by the One Victoria Trust for The Meteor Theatre. On Friday 21st July, The Meteor theatre was officially relaunched. As part of the relaunch there was a dawn powhiri and sponsor/supporters evening - at both of these events, a new composition was performed. The composition 'Te Aho Mai o Kōtiritiri' was composed specifically for the event and for the space by Media Arts tutor and researcher Dr. Jeremy Mayall and Horomona Horo. This piece, 'Te Aho Mai o Kōtiritiri' is a composition created for this space. The title translates to mean 'The Shining Meteor'.
