PURPOSE: To compare limbal relaxing incisions (LRIs) with placement of the corneal cataract incision on the steepest keratometric axis for the reduction of preexisting corneal astigmatism at the time of cataract surgery. SETTING: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
