By performing the tissue culture of cell suspension similarly as in Part 2, using the cells in ascites of the patients with coelothelioma but loading five anticancerogenic agents such as colcemide, carzinophilin, glucosamine, nitromine and unsaturated fatty acid extract of roentgenized liver (Yamamoto) the author carried out a series of observations on the morphological changes of the cells under culture and also compared the anticancerogenic mechanism of each of these drugs.
