In the present paper we investigate a class of multivalently analytic functions which essentially involves a Hadamard product of two multivalent functions. We apply the techniques of differential subordination and derive some useful characteristics of this function class. The applications to generalized hypergeometric functions and various consequences of the main results exhibiting also relevant connections with some of the known (and new) results (including also an improved version of a known result) are also pointed out.</p
