The free aminonitrogen in the brain with CCLA was strikingly decreased in comparison with that of the normal, and no difference was observed between the kinds of antigen or the methods of sensitization. The decrease of free aminonitrogen was not influenced by protraction of the period without procedures after the last anaphylactic reactions, and the decrease was seen to be long-standing, when these very slight anaphylactic reactions were repeated for a long time. This is considered to be due to the abnormal brain metabolism in the state of an experimental epileptic arrangement
