Analisis Korelasi Deformasi dan Tutupan Lahan Kawasan Gunung Merapi PRA dan Pasca Erupsi

The encounter of three tectonic plates of Eurasian, Indo-Australian and Pacific Plate cause Indonesia has many active volcanoes. One of the active volcanoes in Indonesia is Mount Merapi located in Java Island and has erupted on October 26, 2010. Lava flow from eruption that flows will affect the land cover around the area, so there will be changes in land cover pre and post eruption of Mount Merapi. Significant ground level changes (deformations) are also one of the effects of unstable magma movements under the earth's surface during eruptions.In this study used two methods namely DInSAR and Supervised classification. Both methods are used to determine the changes of deformation and land cover pre and post eruption using ALOS PALSAR, Sentinel-1, Landsat 5 and Landsat 8. The correlation result of deformation change and land cover is combined with the data of Disaster Prone Areas, so that the correlation to the determination Disaster-prone areas.This study resulted in the change of pre and post-eruption deformation by 1.87 cm / th to 30.56 cm / year and volumetric changes of 122,980,109.9 tons. Land cover change of 53.46% of the total area of research area of 97,958.155 Ha. The correlation of deformation change and land cover is based on the change of crater with 3 levels ie: low, medium and high, so that the correlation is obtained by 95% which is a combination of medium and high level. Thus, it can be concluded that the deformation changes correlate to changes in land cover.The correlation of deformation change and land cover to the determination of KRB is divided into 3 namely: low, medium and high. In KRB I the correlation of 98.97%, KRB II of 98.87% and KRB III of 99.28% which is a combination of medium and high level. The conclusions obtained from this study are changes in deformation and land cover affect the determination of Disaster Prone Areas.This research is expected to provide information about the change of deformation and land cover pre and post eruption of Mount Merapi, and provide information in determination of Mount Merapi Disaster Prone Area based on deformation change and land cover change
