Analisis Sebaran Reklame Billboard Terhadap Lokasi Dan Nilai Pajak Reklame Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis

Advertising holding important role in economic development in Indonesia. The success of a national economy is largely determined by the activities of advertising.Advertisement is the one of that representing a message in the form of goods or services. Advertisement managed by goverments and there is a tax on the advertisement, which are often referred to by the advertisement tax. Implementation of billboards in the Semarang city set on Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012, which also regulates the advertising tax. Many factors that influence the advertising tax, one of them is a strategic position of the advertisement location.Analysis of the distribution of the advertisement and the tax value could be processed by using GIS software. The data that used is the spatial data in the form of making billboards in the coordinates of the field by utilizing the GPS Handheld, and non-spatial data in the form of tax value and tax information from any point billboard then they got the overlay each other so that from all of the points of the billboard have a spatial and non spatial information.The results of this study are as much as 111 points which has been survey in the field with the amount of tax revenue of Rp. 3,262,105,125.00 / year in which the value will be entered become the local revenue of Semarang city from the sector of advertisement tax. In the evaluation of the order there are 74 points of advertisement between the billboards which not in accordance with local regulations and 10 points of billboards which not in accordance with the provisions of APIL too. There are also 8 potential new points of billboard which are the placement is appropriate with the existing regulations ,they are spread across 5 road in the area of research studies
