This research was aimed to understand and to explain: (1) the effect of Brand Awareness on Customer Value; (2) the effect of Quality Perception on Customer Value; (3) the effect of Brand Association on Customer Value; (4) the effect of Brand Loyalty on Customer Value; (5) the effect of Brand Awareness, Quality Perception, Brand Association, and Brand Loyalty, that occuring simultaneously on Customer Value. Research type was explanatory research using quantitative approach. The location of research was at Indomaret in Raya Candi V Road of Malang.
