The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Office Malang Kawi. The sampling technique was determined by using a random sampling by distributing questionnaires to employees PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Office Malang Kawi. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method, statistical analysis method that consists of simple linear regression analysis, and testing of the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study showed a positive and significant influence on organizational culture factors (X) of the Employee Satisfaction (Y) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Branch Office Malang Kawi.
