Analisis Faktor Sosial Ekonomi yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja pada Industri Jenang Skala Kecil di Kabupaten Kudus

: This aims of this research to determine the productivity of labor and socio-economic factors that affect labor productivity in small-scale of jenang industries in Kudus. The basic method used is descriptive analytical method. Determining the location of the research done by purposive namely in Kudus. The samples using proportional random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and recording. Data analysis includes analysis of labor productivity and analyzes the factors that affect labor productivity in small-scale of jenang industries in Kudus. The results showed that the labor productivity of men in small-scale of jenang industry in Kudus per HKO ranged from 43.3 kg to 115 kg, with an average productivity of labor men by 78.98 kg / HKO. Meanwhile, labor productivity of women in small-scale of jenang industry in Kudus per HKO ranged from 40.7 kg to 84 kg, with an average productivity of labor of women for 56.497 kg / HKO. Socio-economic factors that affect labor productivity in small-scale of jenang industry in Kudus is age, work experience, wages, and sex. Factors affecting men's labor poductivity is aged, while the factors affecting women's propductivity is work experience
