Strategi Pengembangan USAha Anyaman Pelepah Pisang di Desa Mojotengah, Kecamatan Kedu Kabupaten Temanggung (Kasus pada Pb. Bina USAha)

: This Research aims to know the condition of woven banana stem business, the internal and external factors, alternative strategy and the priority strategy used in developing its business in Mojotengah Village, Kedu District, Temanggung Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The location of the research is in PB. Bina Usaha, Mojotengah Village, Kedu District, Temanggung Regency. The researcher uses primer and secondary data. The data analyses used are (1) IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix, (2) IE Matrix, (3) SWOT Matrix, (4) QSP Matrix. The result of the research shows that the management of woven banana stems business in PB. Bina Usaha is less optimum. The value of IE Matrix is 2,414 in IFE total quality and 2.979 in EFE total quality. It shows this business position is in Sel V, hold and maintain. SWOT matrix produce several alternative strategies that the efforts will be determined by QSP matrix. The higher TAS (Total Attractive Score) value of QSP matrix is 5,629; in priority strategy making increase production capacity and product quality have been made to maintain consumer confidence
