Strategi Pengembangan Agribisnis Kelapa Kopyor di Kabupaten Pati

: This study aims to determine coconut kopyor agribusiness system in Pati district, determine condition of internal and external factors development of coconut kopyoragribusiness, formulate alternative strategies and determine priority strategy that can be applied in development of coconut kopyor agribusinees in Pati district. The basic method used is analytical descriptive method , determine research location is in Dukuhseti subdistrict, Tayu subdistrict, and Margoyoso subdistrict. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analytical data has been used are descriptive qualitative analysis, IFE matrix, EFE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSP matrix. The results of the analysis coconut kopyor agribusinees system divided into four subsystem are subsysterm of production facilities, subsystem farming, subsystem processing and marketing, and subsystem service (organizations), IFE matrix produces the value2.890whichindicatesthat theinternal positionis strong,EFE Matrixproduces the value2.798whichshowsthat coconut kopyoragribusinessinPatidistrictabove averagein responding toopportunities andwas able to avoidthe threat.
