The result of doubled unear regression analysis shows that Workplace Savety influences significantly toward wone Motivation of Employee in PG. Kebon Agung Malang, appears with significant value 0,000 lower than a = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with coefficient regression 0,302. Workplace Health influences significantly 0,000 lower than a = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with coefficient regression 0,389. Workplace Savety and Workplace Health simultaneously Influence the Work Motivation of Employee in PG. Kebon Agung Malang appears with signification value F 0,000 lower than a = 0,05 (0,000<0,05) and able to give contribusion toward Work Motivation of Employee variable 65,8%
