P4K (Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi) is a program which is facilitated by the local midwives in order to increase the alertness of husbands, families and society in planning and preparing a safe childbirth using stickers as the notification media in order to increase the quality of health service for mother and newborn babies. Pregnancy complication is an obstetrics emergency that cauces death to the mothers and babies. The Purpose to know the relationship between the application of childbirth planning program and the precaution of complication by pregnant complication in Puskesmas Doloduo, Kab. Bolaang Mongondow. The Research Design is analytical descriptive with cross sectional approach and the data was collected from respondents by using P4K questionnaire and medical diagnosis questionnaire.
