Kepala sekolah merupakan seorang manajer yang menjadi sumber daya manusia penting dalam menentukan mutu pendidikan. Kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah yang baik merupakan salah satu indikator pendidikan yang bermutu. Kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah perlu ditopang oleh motivasi kerja kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi empirik kontribusi motivasi kerja kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey deskripsi analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui regresi korelasi sederhana dan berganda.
