Analisis Korelasi Spasial Dampak Penurunan Muka Tanah Terhadap Banjir Di Jakarta Utara

The population growth in North Jakarta forces the Government to enhance the land by reclamation. Reclamation was done to fulfill the settlement needs and to increase the economic revenues of Local Government, so that a lot of skyscrapers were built. A lot of skyscrapers, taking groundwater continuously and geological structure of Jakarta which most of it is alluvial become the factors cause land subsidence. Quoted from Kompas (2016), land subsidence rate in Jakarta is increasing from 5-6 cm to 10-11 cm a year. Land subsidence causes some serious problems, one of them is flood.This research used Sentinel-1A image in 2015 and 2016 to know the land subsidence rate in North Jakarta by using DInSAR method. Then, in order to know the flood threat zone in North Jakarta, used scoring method which referred to the Catalogue of Geo Hazard Map Methodology Based on GIS by Endro Santoso from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics with parameters of rainfall, topographic height, flood zone and land use.The result of DInSAR method, prove that land subsidence occurred in four of out six sub-districts with the rate of to -0,18 cm/year to -2,5 cm/year which 61% of the land subsidence occurred in a well-built area, 25% occurred in a non-built area and 14% occurred at around the waters area. The result of scoring method is 82% of North Jakarta area is high the flood threat zone, 15% is medium the flood threat zone and 3% is low the flood threat zone. 81% of the flood threat zone consist of the built area, 12% consist of non the built area and 7% consist of the waters area. Then, the correlation land subsidence to flood is divided into three levels, 74% for high correlation, 22% for medium correlation and 4% for low correlation. 77% of area which detected to have the correlation land subsidence to flood is well-built area, 17% is non-built area and 6% is waters area. Hopefully, this research can provide information about land subsidence and flood threat zone in North Jakarta. So that, it can be used for better urban planning
