Evaluasi Pengembangan Kawasan Andalan Pasuruan-Probolinggo-Luumajang di Provinsi Jawa Timur-Indonesia

The key regions is expected to be driving the local economy and economic linkages between regions. But in East Java, the economic disparities inter-regional are still quite large. One that occurs in the key region of Probolinggo-Pasuruan-Lumajang. Based on the Master plan of East Java, Probolinggo and Lumajang had low economic growth. it is inversely related to the condition of Pasuruan. This study aims to determine the pattern and structure of economic growth and efficiency by using the economic performance of this key region. The first method is Klassen Tipology obtained that Kota Probolinggo, Pasuruan and Probolinggo are the fast forward and fast growth. While Pasuruan and Lumajang has high income but low growth. The second method is DEA Data (Envelopment Analysis) obtained that the regions with high efficiency level by order consist of Kota Probolinggo, Kota Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Lumajang, and Pasuruan
