: This study aimed to assess the positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence principals with teacher job satisfaction, school organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers, The population in this study is a Junior High School teacher in Pontianak which consists of South Pontianak, East Pontianak, Pontianak West, North Pontianak, Pontianak City and Southeast Pontianak which amounts to 820 people. Election in the respective school districts conducted by cluster random sampling. The study sample as many as 90 people were taken proportionate stratified random sampling. The results show that emotional intelligence principals and school organizational climate and its relationship with job satisfaction of teachers Junior High School in Pontianak relatively strong category.
