Analisis Risiko pada USAhatani Kedelai di Kabupaten Gobogan

: Soybean is one of food commodities, which was originating plant from northern China. China and Indonesia had different climate that caused risk in soybean farming. Risk's level of soybean could be found by comparing the standard deviation and coefficient of variation between soybean and corn. This research used corn as the comparison. Corn was chosen because farmers often confused to choose between planting corn or soybeans at the third planting season. This research aimed to know the condition of the soybean and corn production, to know climate conditions, to know the condition of the soybean and corn farmer's income, to know the price of soybean and corn at farmer's level, and to find out the risk's level of climate risk, production risk, price risk and income risk from soybean farming. The location in this research was Grobogan. The results showed: average production of soybeans and corn was 748,16 kg and 2063,18 kg; the average chance of precipitation 0,3 day; the average price of soybeans and corn was Rp 5.568,00/kg and Rp 2.365,00/kg; the average soybean and corn farmer's income was Rp 2.132.644,00/0,36ha and Rp 2.073.061,00/0,36ha; based on the value of the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of climate risk and production risk, soybeans was lower than corn, while the price risk and the risk of income, soybean was higher than corn
