Analisis Laju Pertumbuhan dan Kontribusi Penerimaan Pajak Reklame terhadap Pendapatan Pajak Daerah (Studipada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kota Probolinggo)

Local governments are required to manage and maximize the potential of existing economic resources for the survival and progress of their respective regions through regional revenue. One effort that can be done to maximize revenue from the sector area of local taxes. Probolinggo city which is a city of commerce and industry as well as its strategic location has great potential in local tax revenues in particular advertisement tax. This research include to kind of descriptive researchis using a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the rate of growth and contribution of advertisement tax and local tax, as well as the barriers and efforts which done to increase advertisement tax and local tax revenue. Results of this research shows that the average growth rate of advertisement tax revenue for 2009-2014 reaches 2.57% and the growth rate of local tax revenue reaches 29,44%. The average contribution advertisement tax revenues toward local taxes income in 2009-2014 reaches 6,20% with low criteria.The efforts and strategies which is done by DPPKA Probolinggo City to increase tax revenue by optimizing advertisement tax through intensification and extensification
