Analisis Pengendalian Sosial oleh Guru dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Membolos Siswa di Sman 1 Mempawah

: This study was aim to determine the social control carried out by teachers in addressing the behavior of students' ditching at SMAN 1 Mempawah. The method used was descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation study. While the data collection tools were a guide observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that social control preventive, coercive and curative done by teachers at SMAN 1 Mempawah been run in accordance with the process of social control that exist, it was seen from the control preventive done by teachers by way of reminder and provide socialization on the discipline in the school for students. Besides that, coercive control was also performed by teachers in imposing sanctions on students by providing additional tasks to the student. Another thing was found that the curative control performed by the teacher to the student disciplinary breaches was providing guidance to these students
