: This Research hasaim to describe influence of co-operative learningtime token technique to result learning of students of social science the fifth grade SDN 07 Sungai Pinyuh. The research is quasi eksperimental method. Based on statistic calculation post-testaverage value of control class in the amount of 69,86 and experiment class in the amount of76,61 obtained is 2,027 and (α = 5% and dk = 44) is2,017it means ( 2,027) > ( 2,017), thereby Ha is accepted. From the calculation effectsize is 0,95 (high critera). It means learning by using co-operative time token technique has an effect to students learning result of fifth gradeof SDN 07Sungai Pinyuh
