The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of fresh little tuna which retailed at fish landing site (TPI) of Lampulo and by traditional mobile fish retailers (PIK) in Banda Aceh. The study was conducted by sampling fish from fish seller in TPI and PIK from February to May 2016. Sample was collected by purposive sampling. Number of fish sellers interrupt in this study was three fish sellers in TPI and three fish sellers in PIK. In each fish seller was collected as many as three fish as sample for testing of microbial contamination. The selected fish seller were interviewed using a structured questionnaire.
