Kajian Pemetaan Kerentanan Kota Semarang terhadap Multi Bencana Berbasis Pengindraan Jauh dan Sistem Informasi Geografis

Semarang city is one of the most vulnerable cities to natural disaster occurence in Indonesia. Based on the data, there needs to be a mitigation study towards the multi-disaster in Semarang city. The most prominent aspect in disaster mitigation is the assessment to susceptibility of the natural disaster vulnerable region. The methods which could be used in the study are Remote Sensing method and Geographic Information System method (GIS).The reference used in the assessment and the weighting was Peraturan Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pedoman Umum Pengkajian Resiko. There are four assessment parameters, such as social vulnerability parameter, economic vulnerability, physical vulnerability, and environmental vulnerability. The mapping process, overlapping, assessment, weighting, and GIS analysis were processed using ArcMap software.By the result of mapping analysis to social vulnerability, 92.10% of the total districts in Semarang city has a high social vulnerability level, 6.21% medium social vulnerability, and the rest of 1.69% are the villages with low social vulnerability level. By the result of economic vulnerability analysis, 39.231% of Semarang city's total area has high economic vulnerability, 0.012% has medium vulnerability, and 60.758% has low economic vulnerability. From the result of physical vulnerability, 2.31% of Semarang city's total area is highly vulnerable, 38.51% has medium vulnerability, and the rest of 59% has low vulnerability. According to the result of environmental analysis, 53.35% of the total environmental parameter are natural forests, 0.28% are preserved forests, 46.01% are mangrove forests, 0.35% are swamps, and 0.01% are bushes. In regards to the result of Semarang city's vulnerability mapping analysis to multi-disaster, 32.19% of Semarang city's total area is highly vulnerable, 64.54% has medium vulnerability level, and 3.27% has low vulnerability level to multi-disaster
