Diploma Thesis IV Occupational Health Program, Faculty of Medicine, University of Surakarta Eleven March. Noise exceeds the threshold is one factor that can cause health workforce. Purpose : Noise is the unwanted noise from the business or activities within a certain time level and can cause human health and comfort of work. One of the effects of noise at work is a general fatigue. General fatigue is a protective mechanism your body to prevent the body from further damage resulting in the recovery after the break. This study aims to determine the effect of noise on fatigue in the general workforce Kagokan rice mill in the village of Sukoharjo. Methods : This type of observational study is a cross sectional analytic approach. Subjects in this study as many as 20 people, the sampling technique using total sampling method. Data collection technique is to perform direct measurements of intensity noise in the workplace, the measurement of general fatigue and an interview of labor statistics by fisher exact test probability test using the computer program SPSS version 16.0. Results : The results of statistical tests fisher exact probability test coefficient values obtained for p = 0.032. Hence the value of p ≤ 0.05, otherwise significant. Conclusion : From the research results can be concluded that there is a General Fatigue Effects Of Noise On Labor Rice Milling Kagokan In the village of Sukoharjo.
