Revitalisasi Awig-awig Subak Dan Perilaku Agribisnis Upaya Pencegahan Alih Fungsi Lahan Sawah Di Pesisir Pantai Kabupaten Buleleng

Strong efforts must be made to strengthen Subaks as guard in preserving farming, culture, and environment. The assessment focused on internal factors, namely: socio-economic conditions of farm households of land users and their Subak institution. Therefore the aim of this study: (1) to analyze the content of Awig-Awig Subaks and to synthesize which contextual to preventing agricultural land conversion; (2)to analyze the behavior of agribusiness with cultured industry of farmers in Subak; (3) mapping the agricultural potence on aspects of production, marketing and agro-industry; (4)to analyze the cost-return on organic-based rice cultivation plot; and (5) designing model for revitalization of Awig-Awig and agribusiness behavior in an effort to prevent the land conversion. The results of the research that socializations to Awig-Awig were very less done, no Awig-Awig Subak include rules and sanctions against pollution of irrigation canals and rice fields. There was not Awig-Awig that outlines the rules to accommodate efforts to prevent agricultural land conversion. Level of productivity and profit of rice farming in Subaks is rather high. Agro-industries development in the area of research was quite good. In cognitive aspects the behavioral agribusiness of farmers was at level approximately to analyzes. In psychomotoric aspect just reached level rather usual. In affective aspects just reached level rather to judge. The plot’s productivity of rice farming was 4.16 tons of rice/ha, with profit of Rp 13.165.000,- / ha. To reduce the degradation tendency was then necessary to strengthen Awig-Awig Subak with written rules that contextual to prevention of agricultural land conversion explicitly, strengthening behavior agribusiness with cultured industry respectively on aspect cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric
