PERANCANGAN STASIUN KERJA YANG ERGONOMIS DALAM  PELAYANAN JASA PENYEWAAN INTERNET DI WARNET BINA BOYOLALI

NAME: Haryanto, NIM: I 1303046. ERGONOMICAL JOB JOB STATION DESIGN IN INTERNET CAFE SERVICE OF BINA BOYOLALI (Case Study in Warnet Bina Boyolali). Thesis. Surakarta: Industry Engineering of Engineering Faculty, Sebelas Maret University, August 2009. Giving response about the internet developing and the need of internet service, there are many internet cafe opened. Commonly, they do not design the job job station ergonomical, so that there are many complaint from the user. Therefore, it need to be conducted research about how does to design ergonomic job station to give best service to the user. This research conducted in Bina Boyolali internet cafe with research object of chairs and tables sizes. Chairs and tables is facilitators availabled by Bina internet cafe. These things which is used by operators felt uncommfortable that makes them tired. Research process stated by collecting the data by using Nordic Body Map questionairre to examine whether or not the user comfortable with the job station availabled. From the questionairre that giving to 60 respondents it is known that 1,32% user who feel very comfortable with the table and chair size, the location of keyboard and the distance of monitor woth eyes. User who feel comfortable is as 19,34, who feel medium confortable is as 42,63%, who feel less comfortable is about 34,41%, and who feel discomfortable is about 2,31%. It shows that job station in Bina Boyolali internet cafe is less ergonomic so that the user still feel uncomfortable.
