Penggunaan Teknik Capital Budgeting sebagai Analisis Kelayakan Investasi Aktiva Tetap (Studi pada PT Sumar Jati Luhur Nganjuk)

Business growth can create market competition is getting tighter, making the management act quickly took a strategic decision. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the fixed assets investment in PT Sumar Jati Luhur Prima. Type research is descriptive with approach case studies. The techniques of analysis capital budgeting of this research using, namely: the Average Rate of Return (ARR), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit of Cost (B/C Ratio), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results of this research based on the technique of capital budgeting yields a value of ARR 112.347% exceeds the value CoC of 10.09%. PP estimates for a period of 1 year and 3 month investment will return, it mean that the return on shorter than the age of the investment that is 7 years old. The result of the NPV value is Rp 2,492,145,730. The results of the B/C Ratio shows the number more than 1 is 5,9842, as well as the value of the IRR generated amounted 92,62% which is greater than the value of the CoC.
