Objective: The aim of this experiment is to know whether there is an effect of Piper crocatum de Wit leaves extract to glucose blood level of white rat (Rattus norvegicus) induced by alloxan. Methods: This experiment was an laboratoric experiment with pretest and posttest with control group design. Samples were 30 male Wistar rats,200 gram, 2 months, divided into 5 group and each group consist of 6 rats. At the day 1st, each group injected by alloxan subcutan with doze 150 mg/kg b.w. for 3 days. At the day 5th until 18th , each group was given treatment.
