The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of adhesive variation on mechanical characteristics strength includes shear strength and flexural strength of UPRs Cantula 3D Sandwich Composite with C-Flute corrugated cardboard honeycomb core. Adhesive applied in this research was type of polyester such as 157 BQTN EX, LP 1Q EX, FW 21 EXL, and type of epoxy such as Versamid 140. Methode of hand lay up is used to make UPRs Cantula 3D with weight content 30 %. The mechanical test conducted are shear strength according to ASTM C 273 and flexural strength according to ASTM C 393.
