FAKTOR PREDISPOSISI YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEJADIAN DERMATITIS KONTAK AKIBAT KERJA PADA PEKERJA PERCETAKAN

Objective: To determine the factors influencing the incidence of occupational contact dermatitis (OCD) on printing workers. Method: This study was an observational analitical with cross sectional by norandom incidental sampling methods. The data obtained by filling out the questionnaire and also by physical examination. Then, the data were analyzed using SPSS. Results: Total obtained data were from 60 corresponden, 50 of them (83.3%) were negative OCD and 10 of them (16.7%) were positive. The variable value show, aged p = 0.031, working period p = 0.531, length of work per day p = 1.000, use of PPE p = 0427, personal hygiene p = 0149, history of atopic p = 1000, and history of previous dermatitis p = 0038. The highest influence is age 1 (age 30-60 years) [OR = 6862], followed by those with history of previous dermatitis [OR = 6222], and Age 2 (Age> 60 years) [OR = 1425]. Conclusions: The factors that influence the incidence of OCD are age and previous history of dermatitis. Individuals aged between 30-60 years olds are 7 times more prone to get OCD than individuals aged <30 years olds.
