Analisis Beban Kerja Mental Operator Sewing dengan Menggunakan Nasa Tlx (Sk: PT. Arindo Garmentama Semarang)

(The Analysis of Mental Workload of Sewing Operator, Using NASA TLX Method) PT.Arindo Garmentama is a manufacturing company engaged in the garment producing children's clothes. Demand's density makes the company must plan production schedules and targets every day. Production targets that imposed on the production floor operators are differented by demand from customers. In running the business processes, every line of production will be charged with different clothing design. In PT Arindo Garmentama, the production process stipulates that every 1 hour work, each line must meet a production target of an article. In this research, the problem is the line cannot meet production targets that provided by the company. Large production targets with a high degree of difficulty and high job demands make the mental workload of operators larger. With NASA TLX, the mental workload of the operators can be discovered. Mental workload of sewing operator when receiving production target of the company is 73.04. From the average of scoring the factors that affect mental workload, frustration levels and time's need become the main factors, affecting the mental workload of workers, with an average value for the level of frustration at 82.23 or affecting 18.6% of sixth factor and time's need at 77.46 or affecting 17.52% of the six factors that exist
