PERANAN PROGRAM NASIONAL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT (PNPM) DALAM PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI PEDESAAN DI KABUPATEN SRAGEN

The aim of this study were to: 1) study the response and the perception of the village towards the implementation of the PNPM, 2) know the characteristics of group members UPPKS utilization of funds in KDP PNPM in Sragen, 3) knowing participation in the program PNPM 4) knowing use by members of the PNPM UPPKS groups in Sragen, and 5) the effect of perception- PKK PNPM program beneficiaries, the intervention of the village and the performance of public assistance to rural economic development in poverty alleviation PNPM-PKK of Sragen Regency. The population in this study is the beneficiary families in the region Saragen PNPM. Taking sauce based on the sampling technique randome cluster sampling technique by taking a sample based on clusters or grouped, from 20 subdistricts in Sragen regency, taken 1 (one) sub- district, district obtained Kalijambe. Of the 14 (fourteen) villages in Kalijambe, obtained 15 respondents from the civil service, and 38 respondents from group members UPPKS. Analysis of data using qualitative and quantitative methods. Metod qualitatively used to determine 1) to study the response and the perception of the village towards the implementation of the PNPM, 2) know the characteristics of group members UPPKS utilization of funds in KDP PNPM in Sragen, 3) knowing participation in the program PNPM 4) knowing use of PNPM by group members UPPKS in Sragen. Quantitative methods are used to test hypotheses about the influence of the influence of perception-PKK PNPM program beneficiaries, the intervention of the village and the performance of public assistance to rural economic development in poverty alleviation PNPM-PKK of Sragen Regency. Hipotesi test results showed 1) the perception of beneficiaries of the program PNPM-PKK has positive and significant impact on rural economic development, 2) the intervention of the village has a negative and significant impact on rural economic development, 3) the performance of pedamping society has positive and significant impact on rural economic development, 4) the perception of beneficiaries of the program PNPM-PKK, Intervention and Performance of the village community pedamping effect simultaneously on rural economic development in Sragen, 5) receiver ersepsi PNPM-PKK is a dominant variable in affecting the economic development of rural and 6) perception of the recipient PNPM-PKK, the intervention of the village and the performance of public assistance to explain rural economic development in Sragen by 26.1%, while the remaining amount of 83.9% explained by other variables.
