Based on research conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII Distrik Kalimantan Timur using the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) and Analithycal Hierarcy Process (AHP). And known indicators do memerluan priority for improvement is an indicator that has the lowest score. Responsiveness indicators is obtained in which scores are located on the yellow and red indicators. The proposed improvement is a company must be more precise in predicting market demand, thereby making it easier to respond supplier if there are changes in demand or schedule delivery of raw materials.
