One of the important shallot diseases is molercausedby Fusarium oxysporumf.sp. cepae,causing great loss to the farmers in several main shallot fields. The aim of the research is to identified moler disease severity and the factors that influence in three region of shallot production center. The research was comprised of two stages: 1) survey to collect data on the severity and distribution of molerdisease; held in Bantul, Brebes, and Nganjuk; 2) interview with the farmers, and Plant Disease Observer (Pengamat Hama Penyakitor PHP).
