This research was occurring by the raised of the number of dentis business. The purpose of this research is to observe and revise the factors of the customer’s satisfaction from dentist clinic FKG Unair Surabaya service. Free variable from this research is proving of the reliability, respond, assurance, empaht. Compared to fixed variable is the customer satisfaction.
