ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPUTUSAN PELANGGAN TETAP MENGINAP DI HOTEL GARDEN PALACE SURABAYA

This research aim to know relation between price, service and facility with decision of customer remain to lodge in Hotel of Garden Palace Surabaya. This Research represent quantitative descriptive research to free variable that is price, facility, and service with variable tied that is decision of consumer. this Research population is customer remain to lodging in Hotel of Garden Place Surabaya. Sample Technique is pursuant to Propotionate Stratify Random Sampling,. Type Data which is required in this research is primary data, source of data come from responder answer of or questionnaire of quetionare. Technique analyse used data that is obtained data will be compiled, to be grouped and then data analysed quantitatively by using statistical methods of chi square. Result of this research indicate that : there are relation between price, service and facility with decision of customer remain to lodge in Hotel of Garden Palace. Become price, service and facility have relation with decision of customer remain to lodge in Hotel of Garden Palace, so that hypothesis can be accepted and tested its truth.
