PERBEDAAN FAAL PARU SATPAM DAN TENAGA ADMINISTRASI DI LINGKUNGAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

Bahrudin Sps Test Faal Paru of vital importance as part of evaluation of klinis routine, theoretically if a worker of alergen breathed during long time will annoyed its health. One of the parameter to know situation of health all worker related to respiration process is faal paru, profession security high risk disease of exhalation than administrative personnel employees which in all day long have of small opportunity to air pollution breathed either from motor vehicle and or cigarette smoke. This research aim to to know difference of security paru faal and administrative personnel Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This Research represent analytical research of observasional with study of cross sectional, intake of sampel in this research use total sampling. Case population (security) counted 56 people and there are 19 people is including into criterion of eksklusi so that the amount of got sampel amount to 74 responder people which consist of 37 security people and 37 administrative personnel people. Mean of TV amount 596,487cc, IRV, ERV, and also VC each of 1112,176cc, 644,865cc, 2353,5cc. Test of Mann­Whitney show value of signifikansi equal to 0.017 which under alpha 0.05, value of Chi­Square also give result of signifikansi (p) equal to 0.017 which smaller than alpha 0.05. Because of crosstab the formed is 2x2, hence is also used by approach of Fisher'S Exact test showing value of signifikansi (p) equal to 0.032 which also smaller than alpha 0.05, so that can be concluded that between work security and administrative personnel in Muhammadiyah University of Malang to category assess faal paru gave significanly. From result of analysis is also obtained by value of Odds Ratio (OR) equal to 3.896 and Risk Relative (RR) equal to 1,391. Needing the existence of research of continuation by multiply the amount of research sampel equally add the amount of research region, so that result of conclusion of research earn more is representatif to amount of security population and administrative personnel specially in Malang city
